Lottery tickets cost 1000c each. To purchase a lottery ticket send a mail to Josh Nuetrice containing how many tickets you would like with the three numbers from 0-9 next to them. Then transfer the amount of credits to Josh Nuetrice. All transfers will be checked and validated to stop people from making false claims. If you make a false entry i will mail you and your money for that ticket will be returned. A false entry could be to many or not enough numbers or numbers that do not fit between 0-9.   

Here is an example of a mail.  Please put the numbers in ascending order. 

I would like to purchase 3 tickets at a cost of 3000c

1 - 2/7/8
2 - 0/5/8
3 - 1/3/9


There is no limit to how many tickets that can be in one draw.

There is no limit per person.

You will choose any 3 numbers between 0-9 the order of the numbers does not matter.  

The results will be announced every Saturday and winners will be mailed.

The Pool of Money from ticket sales. 

1st Division - 80% 
2nd Division - 10% 
3rd Division - 5%
Jackpot - 3%
Running costs - 2%


1st Division - 80%
1st Division is the major prize requiring the winner to have all three numbers drawn (The order the numbers are in do not matter). 80% of the pool will go to the winner of this prize. In the event that there is more then one winner the prize will be divided amongst the winners.  If there are no winners the prize will jackpot and go on to the pool of the next day. 

2nd Division - 10%  
2nd Division is the second prize requiring the winner to have two numbers drawn (The order the numbers are in do not matter). 10% of the pool will go to the winner of this prize. In the event that there is more then one winner the prize will be divided amongst the winners.  If there are no winners the prize will go to 1st Division. 

3rd Division - 5%
3rd Division is the minor prize requiring the winner to have one number drawn. 5% of the pool will go to the winner of this prize. In the event that there is more then one winner the prize will be divided amongst the winners.  If there are no winners the prize will go to 2nd Division. 

Jackpot - 3%
The jackpot is where 3% of the pool gets saved and goes to the next days pool. 

Running Costs - 2%
2% of the pool will go to the person or faction running the days lottery.   
 

How many possible combinations of 3 numbers are there?

There are 1000 possible combinations. 000-999

so someone with 3 million credits could automatically win.

Yes but then your more likely to lose that money. If someone else got 1 ticket and it had all three numbers correct the 1st prize is split.
